Supreme Court rules for National Institute of Family and Life Advocates (NIFLA) and pro-life pregnancy centers.
On June 26, 2018, the Supreme Court overturned the California law that forced pro-life pregnancy centers to provide free advertising for tax funded abortions.
In preparation for the hearing, in January of 2018, Rep. Mike Johnson was one of 129 members of Congress that sent an amicus brief to the court in support of NIFLA’s case before the Court.
On March 14th of this year, he went to the floor to speak on how pregnancy centers are making a difference in his district. Watch this 2 minute video here as he talks about the six centers in his district which serve pregnant women...one of them is Mary's House!
