The Mission of Embrace Grace
To make the Church the FIRST place single, pregnant girls turn to, instead of the last.
Embrace Grace is a 12-week course facilitated by Mary's House. The church gives a Baby Shower for the expectant mothers near the end of the course.
The last class, "Princess Day," celebrates the girls' new understanding that they are daughters of God.
Here are some ways you can volunteer...
With Classes:
Provide snacks for weekly meetings
With the Baby Shower:
Maintain the Gift Registry List
Email Invitations
Place ads in church bulletins for the Shower
Work with a team to organize the Baby Shower
Organize gifts for girls
Attend the Baby Shower
With Princess Day:
Plan dinner menu and organize people to bring the meal
Provide a "spa" service (hair, aromatherapy, make-up...)
Decorate Mary's House for sit down dinner and ceremony
